Introduction

Study Plan and Academic Journey

The program begins with an integration week in Poland, helping students connect and adapt to their new environment. The first semester takes place in Spain, where core subjects are taught. From the second semester onward, students choose between two tracks: Leading Intercultural Teams or Leadership in the Digital Era. Each track includes study periods in different countries, followed by a final semester dedicated to an internship and Master’s thesis. A summer school at the end of the first year adds further value by focusing on emerging global trends.
