- Public officials: At least three years of relevant work experience; a Master’s or PhD degree is preferred.
- Academicians and researchers: Employment at a university or research center is required; Master’s or PhD preferred; under 40 years of age.
- English language proficiency is necessary.
- Applicants must not be currently living in Turkey or receiving any other Türkiye Scholarship.
